My purchases are missing

Open the Shop and tap Restore purchases. Binder Club membership and bought Feathers come back from Apple. Use the same Apple Account you bought them with.

My collection didn't follow me to a new phone

Your save syncs through iCloud. Sign in to the same Apple Account on the new phone, check that iCloud is on for BirdingBinder in Settings, and open the app with an internet connection. It can take a minute to arrive.

How do I change my home region?

Tap the gear on the Home screen to open Field kit, then tap your home region. Local packs and rare visitor chases follow the new region right away.

What is a field pack?

Log three different birds in one day and you earn that day's field pack: five birds from your region with three times the rare odds of a regular pack. You can earn one field pack a day.

What are rare visitor chases?

Some birds are scarce where you live but pass through at certain times of year. When one is in season, you have three days to log one for a bonus. Chases are based on seasonal eBird data, not on live reports.

How do I cancel the Binder Club?

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose BirdingBinder. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
